Ordering

Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur Wraith cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.

Delivery and Returns

Wraith's returns policy has been set up to keep costs down and to make the process as easy for you as possible. You must contact us and be in receipt of a returns authorisation (RA) number before sending any item back. Any product without a RA number will not be refunded.

Returns/Exchange

Exchanges and returns can only be made on perishable/consumable goods where the foil security seal is still intact within twenty eight days of ordering. For non-perishable/consumable products, you may return the items to us, within twenty eight days for exchange or refund if you change your mind. Returns will take approximately 5 working days to process once the goods have arrived. Items must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packaging materials, with manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories and documents provide

All shipping back to Wraith is paid for by the customer, unless the item is faulty. We are unable to refund your postal fees.

Any product returned found not to be defective can be refunded within the time stated above and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover our administration costs. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customer's expense.

Non-Returnable

For reasons of hygiene and public health, refunds/exchanges are not available for perishable/consumable items which have been opened, underwear, swimsuits or piercing jewellery (this does not apply to faulty goods – faulty products will be exchanged like for like)

Discounted or our end of line products can only be returned for repair no refunds or replacements will be made.

Incorrect/Damaged Goods

We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive the correct product/s, please contact us. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible, this will be given special priority and you can expect to receive the correct item or a replacement within 72 hours. Any incorrect items received will have all delivery charges refunded back onto you credit/debit card.

Delivery service

We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible and our able to send your order either you home or to your place of work.

Delivery times are calculated in working days Monday to Friday. If you order after 3 pm the next working day will be considered the first working day for delivery. In case of bank holidays and over the Christmas period, please allow an extra two working days.

We aim to deliver within 3 working days but sometimes due to high order volume certain in sales periods please allow 4 days before contacting us. We will attempt to email you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. 

All small orders are sent out via royal mail 1st packets post service, if your order is over £20.00 it will be sent out via royal mails recorded packet service, which will need a signature, if you are not present a card will be left to advise you to pick up your goods from the local sorting office.

Each item will be attempted to be delivered twice. Failed deliveries after this can be delivered at an extra cost to you or you can collect the package from your local post office collection point.

Privacy Notice

This policy covers all users who register to use the website. It is not necessary to purchase anything in order to gain access to the searching facilities of the site.

Security

We have taken the appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information is not unlawfully processed. Wraith uses industry standard practices to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal identifiable information, including ‘firewalls’ and secure socket layers. 

During the payment process, we ask for personal information that both identifies you and enables us to communicate with you. 

We will use the information you provide only for the following purposes.

* To send you newsletters and details of offers and promotions in which we believe you will be interested. 
* To improve the content design and layout of the website. 
* To understand the interest and buying behaviour of our registered users
* To perform other such general marketing and promotional focused on our products and activities. 

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Conditions of Use

Wraith and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit our shop at Wraith you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully, Wraith controls and operates this site from its offices within the UK. The laws of England and Wales govern claims relating to including the use of this site and materials contained. 

If you choose to access from another country you do so on your own initiave and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. 

License and Site Access

Wraith grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site. This license does not include any resale of the site's contents, any collection or any products for commercial use. It also excludes any use of product listings, descriptions or prices and any derivative use of this site or its contents. Any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant or any use of data mining, robots or similar data gathering and extraction tools is forbidden.


This site may not be reproduced duplicated copied sold – resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial exploited without written consent of Wraith.

Product Descriptions

Wraith and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible however we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate complete reliable, or error free.

From time to time there may be information on Wraith that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability.

We reserve the right to correct ant errors inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. (Including after you have submitted your order) We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you. 

Prices

Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice and the prices advertised on this site are inclusive of VAT.

Affiliates

A Terms and Conditions agreement is the agreement that includes the terms, the rules and the guidelines of acceptable behavior and other useful sections to which users must agree in order to use or access your program. Here is a sample of Terms and Conditions for an Affiliate program:

These following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as the merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to use product or service from the merchant.

By participating in the Program, affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register as an affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.

1. Approve or Reject of the Registration and or Referrals 

We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration or referral in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration or referral. Denied referrals will be due to but not limited to: 

2. Affiliate Links and Coupon

Affiliate link is automatically generated, but you can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks on someone else’s referral link and then later they click on yours, yours is the one that counts.

Affiliate might or might not be assigned to one coupon code with details and usage clarified on Dashboard. If customer both click on the affiliate link and use coupon code, you will not receive a double commission. If you’re not assigned a branded coupon, then you’re not allowed to promote the coupon.

Affiliate may also advertise merchant website on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram,... or offline classified channel ads, magazines, and newspapers.

3. Commissions and payment

Refer any customer to make a purchase on our website, you will get a commission amount which is calculated based on Commission structure. Commission amount is dependent on order value and not including extra fee (tax, shipping cost,...).

For an Affiliate to receive a commission, you need to specify the payment details in Settings. Payment schedule will be notified on Affiliate Guide page.

Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. The Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives the merchant the right to review each and every referral order. Status of commission if displayed in Commission tab, any paid commission will be listed on Payment tab. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.

4. Marketing tool

We may share promotion medias such as banner, logo or specific collection promotion to you through Marketing tool tab. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code in order to share onto affiliate channels.

5. Network

If Network tab is activated, affiliate can invite others to become their downline affiliate. If any downline affiliate brings order to merchant shop, upline affiliate will also get network commission which depends on merchant settings.

To invite other affiliates into the system, share network link and any other affiliate who click on that link and sign up will become a downline affiliate.

6. Cookie

We use a cookie to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them.

If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies then we can't track them so can't pay earnings on that person's activity.

Cookies day is stated in the Affiliate registration form. The tracking day will start from the time a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link or use the coupon. Within the cookie time, every order made by this customer at merchant website will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate (There’s no need for the customer to click on the affiliate link then).
